Improving Unboxing Experiences

When a Fortune 500 company wanted to improve its unboxing experience, my team conducted in-person interviews and worked with the user experience team to dramatically lower waste and increase the pleasure elements in their users’ unboxing experiences.

By breaking the experience into stages, we were able to communicate how improvements could be made on all product lines for the company–saving the company enormous amounts of money and relieving their customers of guilt and frustration.
