CREATING DESIGN-THINKING LEADERS

I had the pleasure of helping design learning tools, and co-facilitate the Breaker Project’s Future of Stuff Professional Development charrettes with Sr. TED Fellow Julliette LaMontagne. Each 10-13 member cohort underwent a 3-day intensive design thinking introduction. PD members learned about human-centered design and practiced their new skills by doing real research and ideation in support of Breaker’s main (and much younger) team.
